We endeavor to provide accurate and complete descriptions and representations of our products. However, go fetch & company™ does not warrant that product descriptions, photos or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. This site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. color variations may occur due to monitor settings or descriptions may be incomplete due to human error.

We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and go fetch & company™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

If a product offered by go fetch & company™ is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original and unused condition. Please use our contact us form for requests for returns. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sizing

We strive to delivery to you garments or products that will fit your pet or pets satisfactorily. Due to differences between dogs, their shape and sizes, we highly recommend you measure your pet correctly to ensure a satisfactory fit. It is not reliable to purchase our items based on your pet's breed or weight. Please see our how to measure your pet for more information and submit a submit a pet info form for each of your pet when placing an order or contact us if you need assistance.

Purchases

We accept orders through our web site. Orders via other form will be accepted by special arrangement only. We can only sell and ship items to addresses in the continental United States. Consumers outside the continental U.S. who are or can register as Paypal members or with credit card may complete the on-line ordering process. Please ensure to indicate correct shipping address. go fetch & company™ will evaluate and accept orders and deliver products to other countries at it's own discretion. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible to indicate if we can proceed with your order and if there will be any adjustments for shipping and handling charges.

Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailer. Items purchased and shipped to addresses in Washington State are subject to applicable sales tax.

Method of Payment

All payments must be made through Paypal. Method of payment will be either by Paypal account or by credit card. We currently do not accept cash, checks or any other form of payment except with special arrangements with go fetch & company™.

Product Availability

Most of our product items are made-to-order from our suppliers. Occasionally, we may receive your order and consequently discover that the item may no longer be available. In such cases, we may intentionally cancel the order item and refund the specific item immediately. In some cases, we may notify you via e-mail of the unavailability of the product item and offer you with the option to make another selection or replacement at no additional cost.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors in our site when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

go fetch & company™ reserve the right to change our shipping and handling charge rates at any time. The shipping and handling rates above are applicable to the 48 continental states only, not including Alaska and Hawaii. Rates may be subject to change for Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, Canada and other countries.

All shipments for returns and/or exchanges (approval required) will be paid by the customer. Exchanges may require additional shipping and handling charges to be billed to the customer at the time the exchange is shipped. Shipping charges will also be refunded for canceled orders, provided cancellation occurs before any single item has been shipped.

go fetch & company™ will cover shipping and handling charges for items shipped to customer to correct erroneous transactions caused by go fetch & company™.

Delivery

Standard delivery is four (4) to six (6) weeks from date of order. Custom order items may have longer delivery depending on current load and back orders. Most of our product items are made-to-order from our suppliers. Some stocked items may deliver within a week from date of order if we have the item on stock or immediately available.

go fetch & company™, upon it's discretion may ship orders incomplete and deliver partial product items. Other product items will be back ordered until products are ready or available for delivery without any additional cost to the customer. We will contact you via e-mail should a particular product item will take longer than expected to make sure that you still want to wait for the item or cancel the item.

go fetch & company™ uses the US Postal Service. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with attached packing list with a shipment number which is the US Postal Service delivery confirmation number. Tracking information is available at United States Postal Service. You can expect most packages to be delivered within three (3) to five (5) business days from the ship date.

If you have not received your package and believe that your packages may be lost, please contact us for assistance.

go fetch & company™ may use, at it's own discretion other delivery services for delivery of your items when deemed necessary. We will use other delivery services to expedite the delivery time when necessary or when delivering large and heavy packages.

Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package if possible.

Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately, all payments are processed through Paypal either through your account or credit card. Please contact us to request for cancellation as soon as possible. Cancel any order item or the whole order and we will immediately refund the appropriate amount, adjust shipping and handling charges and taxes accordingly.

We do not keep stock or inventory so every item order placed is made to order. Cancellation of any order item(s) must be made within 2 business days from date of order.

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any go fetch & company™ product fails to meet your expectations, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within fifteen (15) days of receiving it for an exchange or return. Custom and/or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. We accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit valid within one (1) year for date of original purchase.

Due to strict health regulations; blankets, beds, carriers, treats, grooming products, undergarments, belly bands, and panty diapers cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us to request for exchanges/returns as soon as possible. We will respond to you via e-mail to approve return or exchange. Please ship the items along with a copy of the packing slip to:

We are not responsible for items returned to any other address.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We cannot accept returns COD. Items received after fifteen (15) days will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be shipped back to the customer.

For exchanges or replacements, after receiving and inspecting an exchanged item, we will ship the replacement item. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling but go fetch & company™ will have the discretion to waive such charges. We will refund your Paypal account, or send you an invoice via Paypal on the difference between the returned item and the replacement item. Taxes if applicable will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For returns for merchandise credit, after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will honor your merchandise credit but expect you to use the credit as soon as possible. Taxes if applicable will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We cannot honor exchanges or returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All discounted sale items, personalized or custom items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We work hard to process adjustments due to exchanges or returns as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) business days after we receive the items before we contact you for either an exchange or replacement or merchandise credit.

At go fetch & company™, we strive to provide great customer service. We wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible.
